Practice breathing techniques as a tool for stress relief with these apps and websites. Find inner peace with these calming breathing methods:

  • Headspace is a great meditation app, and they have created a guide specifically for coping with the COVID-19 crisis. They are also offering a free year of their premium program to those who are unemployed at this time. The app is free to download though it comes with an in-app subscription if you want a more personalized experience.

  • Calm is another meditation app that offers guided meditation sessions, video lessons on stretching and mindful movement, ambient noise and playlists designed to help you relax or focus on work, and a variety of resources to help you sleep.

  • The Mindful Movement channel on Youtube is designed to promote inner peace and a more positive mindset overall. Here, you'll find some very useful breathing exercises, mindfulness tips, and guided meditation sessions that can all be accessed for free.
