FAQ

Q. What is the Resource Sharing office's operating hours?

A. Resource Sharing is open Mondays to Fridays from 8 to 4pm

 

Q. I need to change my work study schedule, how do I do that?

A. During your shift, you can speak to one of the staff members. You can also send us an email at: ILL@drexel.edu. Keep in mind, it is never too late to change up your schedule.

 

Q. How many hours can I work in and day and a week?

A. You cannot exceed 20hrs a week. We prefer that you work at least a minimum of 2hrs per shift.

 

Q. What do I do if I forget to clock in or out?

A. On the homepage of this libguide, there is a "forgot to clock in/out" form. Fill out the form there and Thomas will fix it for you.

 

Q. Can students work during break week?

A. Yes, students can work up to 40hrs a week during break week. Speak to one of the Resource Sharing staff members if you wish to work during break.

 

Q. Who do I contact if i'm having issues with my payroll?

A. Thomas at the service desk is the staff who is in charge of processing your timesheet. Email them at: libworkstudy@drexel.edu if you inquire any issues.
