Submit DNP Projects to Drexel University Libraries Repository (iDEA)
Drexel Libraries' iDEA Repository provides archiving of, and digital access to, the scholarly work of Drexel University faculty and students. The repository contains theses, dissertations, and DNP Projects completed as requirements for doctoral and graduate degrees, making them available to the international research community.
To submit your paper to the iDEA Repository, please do the following:
- Save the final version of your paper in pdf format. We recommend using the following format for the file name: LastName_FirstName_DNP_iDEA.
- Posters or slide presentations related to your paper can also be submitted, but should first be converted to pdf files and named following the same format as above.
- Download, print and sign a copy of the iDEA Non-Exclusive Distribution License. This document gives Drexel non-exclusive permission to make your paper available online, and to make copies as needed for archival purposes. If you are on campus there is an easy-to-use touch-screen scanner in Hahnemann Library that you can use to scan the signed document; please name the saved/scanned file in the following format: LastName_FirstName_DNP_iDEA.pdf .
- Complete the Qualtrics form linked below, providing the requested meta-data for your paper, including your name, the full title of your paper, the name of your advisor and your major. You'll also be asked to provide up to 3 subject keywords to describe your paper. Through the Qualtrics form, you'll upload your signed iDEA Distribution License, and your paper.
