The Free Library of Philadelphia has a Business Resource and Innovation Center (BRIC) that includes the Regional Foundation Center (RFC), supporting the local nonprofit sector. The RFC provides in-person access to the Foundation Directory Online. As a Philadelphia student, you can get a library card.
