You don't need an account to use the ACM Digital Library. However, they do have a mobile app which requires an account.*
To start one, go to the Sign-in page and create a web account with your Drexel email. You'll get an email notification and a username to compete setting up your account.
Install the ACM Digital Library app on your device from Google Play, the App Store, or Microsoft. Then sign in to the app with your ACM web account.
