Drexel Libraries Student Orientation Guide

We're here to help

Have questions about a course-related project? Want to learn more about the Libraries' resources and services? Or maybe you just aren't sure where to go for answers or how to start a project.

We're here to help---virtually and in person!

Schedule a Consultation with a Librarian

Schedule a virtual or in-person consultation with an expert librarian to discuss course-related projects, strategies for finding and evaluating authoritative information, and approaches to utilizing, organizing and presenting scholarship.

24/7 Live Online Chat

Chat with Drexel Libraries staff online, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Simply start by typing your question in the chat box on the library homepage or by clicking the "chat with a librarian" button on the left side of this guide.

Need help outside the Drexel Libraries’ normal service hours? Now you can get general assistance 24/7 through the POWER Library “Chat with a Librarian” service, a chat service staffed by librarians in Pennsylvania and other nearby states.

For assistance with information and issues specific to Drexel, contact the Libraries during normal service hours.
