EBLIP9: List of Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsor Packages:  Sponsors who either select to make one donation or a combination of specific items totaling the following amounts will receive benefits of the following levels:

 

Platinum Sponsor              $10,000 and greater

Gold Sponsor                      $7,500--$9,999

Silver Sponsor                     $5,000--$7,999

 

Each of these sponsorship levels will receive:

• 1 complimentary conference registration which includes conference sessions June 19-21, 2017; the opening reception; and the conference banquet
• Logo placement: premium placement acknowledging level of support on conference website [http://eblip9.org] with link to sponsor homepage, as well as inclusion on banner display of sponsors, acknowledged within levels of support, at registration and events.
• Logo in online conference program guide [placement to be determined by conference organizers]
• Branded material[s]/literature placement in registrant tote bags
• Mention included in press release, social media, as well as at welcome, farewell and other events and slide show before events [where possible].

 

Targeted Sponsorship Opportunities

NEW! Vendor Lightning Rounds:1,000 committment; 8 opportunities

We offer a chance for vendors and associations to give 15-minute presentations to conference attendees during the lunch breaks on Monday, June 19 and Tuesday, June 20. This is not intended to be a sales pitch but rather a discussion of research or design efforts that your group has undertaken that contributes to evidence-based practice.  The session will be part of the schedule and is not to be confused with the program presentations [e.g. invited speakers or reviewed presentations].  

These sessions are 15 minutes in length, and will be timed by a moderator. We will schedule 4 presentations back-to-back during a 60 minute concurrent time slot with time for questions and answers at the end.
 

Conference Dinner:  $7,500 commitment (1, exclusive sponsor)

Sit down dinner, dancing, and socializing for all conference attendees located at the historic Crystal Tea Room at the Wanamaker Building in Center City Philadelphia.

• Sponsor will be prominently thanked and credited with support at dinner.
   

Conference Dinner:  $7,500 commitment (1, exclusive sponsor)

Online Conference Program: $7,500 commitment (1, exclusive opportunity)

This is an inaugural instance of online access to 8-10 conference for this international community, through remote viewing of 8-10 conference program events.

• All benefits of Gold Sponsorship status
• Sponsor will be prominently credited for support at point of registration, in confirmation emails, and during the display of online events.

 

Opening Reception: $3,000 commitment (SOLD OUT)

This is a highly anticipated conference event for attendees to enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres while socializing in a beautifully renovated space atop the Free Library of Philadelphia in the center of the Art Museum district and overlooking Logan Circle.

• Sponsor will be given prominent credit during the event as well as via the conference website, press release and social media.
• If provided, a company banner can be displayed at the event.

 

Catered Program Break(s): $2,500 commitment (6 opportunities)

Conference attendees will appreciate your hospitality and support of these light beverage and snack stations made available between sessions.

Keynote Speakers:  $2,000 commitment (3 opportunities; 2 remaining!)

Conference keynote speakers help build a shared vision and context for the conference experience and help draw new interest to the EBLIP conference. There are three keynote speakers, one of who is paired with the closing lunch reception.

• Sponsors will be thanked during the keynote speaker event and credited on the conference website, press release and social media
• If provided, a banner can be displayed at the Keynote speaker event

 

Box Lunch(es): $2,000 commitment (2 opportunities)

Attendees will appreciate your hospitality and support of these mobile lunch options shared to encourage networking among our international group.

• Sponsor will be credited at the conference welcome and farewell, on the conference website, press release and social media.
• If provided, a banner can be displayed.

 

Conference Scholarships: $2,000 commitment (3 opportunities, 1 remaining!)

Three scholarships to help attendees with travel and related expenses are available for sponsors to make a strong impression on attendees that will note your support.

• Sponsors will be credited at the conference welcome and farewell, on the conference website, press release and social media
• The conference organizers will review scholarship applicants and award scholarships and will manage payment of expenses.

 

Tote Bags, Inserts, and Souvenirs

All sponsors will be listed on conference website and in press releases and social media announcements.

Lanyards: $3,000 commitment for one, exclusive opportunity
Each conference attendee and volunteer will promote your company or organization on the conference lanyard, displaying the name badge required to enter events.

Logo on Conference Tote: $750 commitment (12 opportunities; 11 remaining)
A tote provided to each conference registrant will be carried during the conference and taken home afterwards.

Sponsor-provided insert(s): $500 commitment, unlimited opportunity
Inserts will be placed in all conference bags that will be issued at registration to each attendee

Souvenirs: Flash Drives, Highlighters, Mobile Chargers, Pens: $1,500 commitment (each item is an exclusive opportunity)
Conference attendees will use these during the conference and then take home as reminders of the experience.  Sponsors supply desired items and conference organizers can provide easy guidance to order souvenirs with sponsor supplying logos.

Items featuring sponsor logo/message and “EBLIP9 Philadelphia 2017” will be placed in all conference bags that will be issued at registration to each attendee.
